That's what service is all about, and why some companies succeed while others fail. I hope after this video came out the rep got a surprise bonus in his next check. Some will argue that he shouldn't get anything extra for simply doing his job, but that's "above and beyond" in my mind. I know if I was the OnStar rep I would have never made it through the call.
